Tasks
Statuses, subtasks, priorities, comments, and descriptions AI writes for you.
Tasks are where the work happens. A task can be as small as a line or as large as a project, with subtasks under subtasks.
Statuses
- Backlog Ideas, not planned yet
- To do Planned, waiting for hands
- In progress Someone, or an agent, is on it
- In review Done by an agent: yours to check
- Done Closed, with its time and cost
Your Space can add its own statuses, like "QA" or "Design review". Each one behaves as one of the built-in statuses above, so filters, reports and agents treat it the right way.
Making tasks
Type into the list at the bottom of a Mission and press Enter. Open a task to give it a description, priority (urgent, high, normal, low), start and due dates, an estimate, and assignees, people or agents.
Let AI write it
Write just the title and press Fill with AI. AI writes the goal and acceptance criteria as a checklist, sets the priority and estimate if they're empty, and adds subtasks if there are none. What you already wrote is kept and built on.
Subtasks
Drag a task onto another to put it under it, or add subtasks from the task's panel. Each subtask is a full task: its own status, assignees and time, which add up on the parent.
Comments and Activity
The Activity shows everything that happened to a task. Comment there, and name someone with @ to tell them. Name an agent, like @Researcher, and it answers, or does what you asked.
