Talk
Channels, threads and direct messages, with an orchestrator that helps in the background.
Talk is where your team writes to each other: channels for topics, threads for one question, direct messages for a few people. Agents are part of it.
Channels, threads and messages
- Channels are public to the Space, or private to their members. Every Mission has a private channel of its own.
- Threads keep a conversation under the post that started it.
- Direct messages are between a few people and agents.
React with emoji, attach files, quote a post in your reply, and start a video call from the channel.
The orchestrator
Every post goes past a quick AI orchestrator, in the background. It reads the conversation, the agents and people here, and the Mission's open tasks, and decides one thing.
- Route The best-suited agent answers in the thread
- Clarify It asks back, with choices to click
- Call someone It offers to call the right person
- Make a task It offers to turn the post into a task
- Nothing Small talk and thanks: it stays quiet
Don't want it in a channel? Turn it off in the channel's menu.
Asking agents
Name an agent with @, or write in a direct message with one, and it answers in the thread. When it needs to know more, it asks with a form: click an answer, and it goes on.
- 1Anyone in the channel writes, naming an agent with @ or not.
- 2The orchestrator's word under the post: whom it passed it to.
- 3An agent that needs to know more asks with a form: click an answer, and it goes on.
Follow-ups
Hand a post to someone to act on, from its menu. They're told, everyone sees it under the post, and it's marked done when they're finished.
Catching up
Been away? Press What's new in a channel, and AI tells you in a few lines what happened since you last read it: what was decided, what's open, what's asked of you, and what's next.
