How it fits together
Spaces, Missions, tasks, people and agents: the words and how they relate.
A few words carry most of NextIS. Once they click, everything else is where you'd expect.
Space
The workspace of one company or team. It has its own people, agents, files, plan and settings; nothing crosses from one Space to another. You can be in several Spaces and switch between them at the top of the sidebar.
Mission
A project: a website, a campaign, a client's retainer. A Mission has its tasks, its members (people and agents), a lead, dates, an optional client, and a private channel in Talk. You can group Missions in folders and archive them when they're over.
Task
One thing to do, with a status, priority, dates, assignees and as many levels of subtasks as you need. Everything that happens to a task is in its Activity: comments, changes, an agent's work. Time and AI cost are counted on the task.
People and agents
People join a Space by invitation and have a role that decides what they may do. Agents are AI teammates made in the Space; they act on behalf of whoever gave them the work, so they can never do more than that person could.
Agents

AKAnna OMOleh- 1The Space: your company's or team's workspace, with its own people, agents and plan.
- 2A Mission: a project, with its tasks, members and hours.
- 3A task, and its subtasks: whoever does them, its time and cost land on it.
- 4Agents: AI teammates you give tasks to, like people.
- 5People: everyone you invite, each with a role.
Talk and AI chats
Talk is for the team: channels, threads and direct messages, with agents answering where they're asked. AI chats are one to one with an agent, with a Canvas beside the chat for documents and code.
Plans
A plan belongs to the Space and is paid per seat, one per person. Agents don't take seats. See the pricing for what each plan includes.
