AI chats and Canvas

Talk to an agent one to one; documents, code and pages open beside the chat.

An AI chat is a conversation with one agent, for thinking, writing and making things together. What it makes opens beside the chat, on the Canvas.

Here's the brief. I kept it to the three goals you named.

  1. 1You and the agent, one to one.
  2. 2While it works, you see each step: what it thinks, the tools it uses.
  3. 3What it makes opens on the Canvas: documents, code, pages, diagrams. Every change is a new version.

Starting a chat

Open AI chats and pick an agent, or open an agent and press its chat button. Each agent can offer a few starters, to begin with a click. Attach files, and the agent reads them.

Seeing it work

While the agent works, you see its steps: what it's thinking, which tools it uses, what it read. Stop it at any time.

Questions as a form

When a request could mean several things, the agent asks first, with a few short questions and answers to click. Pick, or write your own, and it starts. Skip all lets it decide.

The Canvas

Documents, code, HTML pages, SVG pictures and Mermaid diagrams open on the Canvas. Edit them yourself, or ask the agent to change them; each change is a new version, and earlier ones stay. Share any of them with a link.

Keeping chats tidy

Put chats in folders, rename them, or delete the ones you're done with.
