People and roles

Inviting people, the four roles, and making your own.

Everyone in a Space has a role, and the role decides what they may do. Four roles come with every Space; on Business and up you can make your own.

Inviting people

Open People and press Invite people. Write one or more emails, pick a role, and send: they get a link to join. Invitations can be sent again or revoked until they're accepted.

Whatever their role, everyone sees the Space, the Missions they're on, and can talk to its agents. Only the Owner changes the plan and pays.

Your own roles

In the Space's settings, make a role and tick what it allows, like "Contractor" with time tracking and tasks, but no files. Change a person's role on the People page.

Removing someone

Remove from the Space takes away their access at once. Their tasks, comments and time stay. On paid plans the seat goes too, and the bill follows, prorated.
