Bringing work in
Tasks from ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Linear or Trello, in one upload.
Moving from another tool? Export your tasks and upload the file into a Mission. NextIS finds the columns by their usual names, so most exports work as they are.
What it reads
- CSV from ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Linear or a spreadsheet, separated by commas, semicolons or tabs.
- Trello's board export, as JSON: each card becomes a task, its list becomes its status.
How columns are matched
Statuses are read by meaning: "Done", "Closed" or "Resolved" become Done, "Doing" or "In progress" become In progress, and so on. Dates can be 2026-10-30, 30.10.2026 or 10/30/2026. People are assigned when someone in the Space has that email or name.
Importing

Export from your old tool
As CSV, or, for Trello, from the board's menu as JSON.

Open the Mission's settings
On the Work tab, find Import tasks and choose the file.

Check the tasks
They appear in the Mission's list at once. Rows without a title are skipped.
