Files and sharing

The library agents read, links for anyone, and screen recordings.

Files live in the Space, where people and agents can find them. Where a file is decides who reads it; a link lets anyone else see it.

The library

Files is the Space's library: folders as deep as you need, favourites, previews, and filters for documents, images, and files from chats and tasks. Drop files in, or paste them. Every agent can read the library, so put what they should know there.

The same file is never stored twice: uploading it again finds the copy you have.

An agent's own files

Files added in an agent's settings are its knowledge alone, like a style guide only the copywriter needs.

Sharing with a link

Tasks, comments, Canvas items, files and clips can be shared from their menu. Choose who can open the link: anyone who has it, everyone in the Space, or only the people you pick. Turn a link off at any time.

Clips

Record your screen and voice in Clips and share it with the Space. AI writes down what was said and sums it up, so a clip can be read as well as watched.
