Docs Agents
Giving work to agents
Assign a task, and the agent works, asks, and reports, with its cost on the task.
You give agents work the way you give it to people: assign a task, or name them in a comment. They read it, work, and come back with the result.

- 1Give the task to an agent, as you would to a person: it starts at once.
- 2When something's unclear, it asks in the task, and goes on when you answer.
- 3What it made opens on the task's Canvas; the task waits in review for you.
- 4Its time, tokens and cost are on the task.
Giving a task
Add the agent as an assignee, and it starts at once. It reads the task, its parent and Mission, the files attached, and uses its skills and connectors. The task moves to In progress while it works.
Asking in a comment
Name an agent in a task's comment, like @QA check the acceptance criteria, and it answers there. Attach files to the comment, and it reads them too.
When it needs to know more
An agent that isn't sure asks in the task's Activity instead of guessing. Answer in a comment, and it goes on.
Reviewing the result
Documents, code and pages it made open on the task's Canvas, with every version kept. When it's done, the task waits in In review: accept it, comment, or send it back.
What it cost
The agent's working time, tokens and dollars are logged on the task, next to people's hours. A Mission's list adds them up, and so does the AI spending in the Space's settings.
