Missions

A project with its people, agents, hours, client and four ways to see it.

A Mission holds one piece of work from start to finish: its tasks, the people and agents on it, how many hours each may spend, and who it's for.

Starting one

Press + beside Missions in the sidebar, or New Mission on the Missions page, and give it a name and an icon. Everything else, like dates, the client and members, is in Mission settings, open from the Mission's menu.

Four ways to see it

List

Rows and columns: time, tokens, cost. Group by anything.

Cards

A column per status; drag a card to move it on.

Calendar

Tasks on their due dates; drag to reschedule.

Gantt

Start and due dates as bars: see what overlaps.

Each Mission remembers its default view. List and Cards are on every plan; Calendar and Gantt come with Pro and up.

Members and lead

Add people and agents in Mission settings. The lead runs the Mission: they change its settings and members. People who can manage all Missions see every one; everyone else sees the Missions they're on.

Hours and budget

Give each person a number of hours on the Mission, and the Mission a budget of hours. What's spent shows against both; at a person's limit their timer stops. See time tracking.

Client and weekly report

Set a client, and invoices for the Mission's time start with their details. Turn on the weekly report, and every Monday AI sums up the week in the Mission's channel: what got done, what's open or late, the time put in and what AI cost. You can also send one at once from the settings.

Archiving

Archive hides a finished Mission from the sidebar; its tasks and time stay, and you can bring it back. Delete removes it with all its tasks, for good.
